All UK delivery and packaging costs are included in the price of our standard named boxes. We hate it when a website slaps you with a postage and packaging fee just as you’re about to hit the buy button! We do add postage and packaging to ‘build your own box’.
We ship to all European countries, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, USA, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore. We currently don’t ship to the Middle East, South America or parts of Asia not listed above.

All items are subject to stock availability, but we will always try to keep the website up to date with current stock levels.
Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received. We use Barclays merchant card services, meaning you’ll be able to use all major credit cards to buy from us including American express, Visa and Master.
We shall not be liable for delay in delivery, non-delivery or damage to goods by reason of any act of God, Government Orders, Strikes, war or other circumstances beyond our control. (See delivery and returns below for full details).

We will dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. We will always contact you if we anticipate a delay or if the items are out of stock. Please ensure you give us the correct delivery address, issues that arise from us being given an incorrect address may take up to 40 days to resolve.
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will follow up your enquiry with our courier. Please be aware that we are unable to refund or replace lost items until 30 working days after the date of dispatch, this is an insurance constraint.
All deliveries require a signature. If the courier fails to deliver the order after repeated attempts the parcel will be returned to us. Any additional charges that we may incur if the parcel is returned to us will be deducted from a refund together with the original delivery cost.
Overseas orders require will also require a signature.
We only offer refunds to the original purchaser and not to the recipient, this is due to data and financial protection laws in the UK.
All items will be carefully inspected before being sent out to you. If your product arrives faulty or damaged please contact us immediately at email@example.com, and we can then discuss the next course of action. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
Returns and Cancellations
In the unlikely event that one of our boxes does not meet with you or your recipients total satisfaction, it must be returned to us, unused, in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with a full refund or exchange according to your wishes (excluding our original postage and packaging costs). We cannot accept liability for goods posted back to us which are lost or damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you insure them at the point of dispatch and obtain a proof of posting receipt. We cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the postal/courier system. We do not take responsibility for any costs incurred when returning goods to us.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to the moment of dispatch, we normally aim to dispatch same day. If you do cancel the order once we have posted if out, we will not refund the postage and packaging costs. All refunded monies minus P&P will be made via transaction reversal within 40 days.
We know that you care how information about you is used and shared; we appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in our services and security as it relates to your personal information.
We respect your privacy and do not provide your account contact or payment information to any third party. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We use Barclays for your secure payments and we believe it is extremely safe. At the point you are requested to give your card details you will see a padlock icon in the status bar. This indicates that you are using a secure payment system.
To process an order, Barclays will require your name, your address, recipients address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card information. This will be used for payment and order processing only. Barclays processes our credit/debit card transactions. Your financial information is not held on record by Thank of you boxes®
Unlike some websites we’re not going to email you every day or even every week. We will send a monthly newsletter telling you what’s new and how we’re doing! But we promise not to be like the ‘others’ sending so many emails you get sick of us! We won’t share any of your data or contact details with anyone else, that’s a promise!
